Signatures

In all cases deliveries will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order we advise to give an alternate delivery address which can be filled in during checkout process on the website.

Delivery Times

When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Dispatch date estimates are shown in the order form. After placing your order, you will see dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

We will however endeavor to complete delivery within 3 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. If we fail to deliver within the timescale advised, you may be entitled to a full refund. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.
